Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI models and neural networks optimized for high-throughput environments.
- Lead architectural strategy for integrating quantum computing concepts into classical ML workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing systems for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in artificial intelligence, distributed systems, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed systems frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning architectures, and MLOps best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
