- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
