Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in the design and implementation of novel AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into robust, high-performance software solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating them into our roadmap.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs) and large language models.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
