Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Design and train multimodal models (text, vision, audio) for enterprise applications.
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines for reduced latency and cost.
- Implement rigorous AI Safety and Alignment protocols to ensure model reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Research and prototype novel architectures for 2026-era AI paradigms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs or GANs.
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
- Experience with model quantization and edge deployment strategies.
