- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- 5+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (metaverse, AGI, neurotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD from APF)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., TrendMapper, Delphi method)
