Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and deploy state-of-the-art neural network architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams for Project 2026.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale models to improve inference speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate technical requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and free from bias, adhering to global regulatory standards.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support high-traffic environments and ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Deep Learning, researching and integrating cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
