Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end technical architecture for the Horizon 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Establish architectural patterns and coding standards for a distributed engineering team of 20+.
- Collaborate closely with product strategists and data scientists to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and training throughput for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding hardware acceleration and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience with high-frequency trading systems or high-throughput data processing is a plus.
