- Technical Strategy: Translate abstract project goals into concrete technical roadmaps and actionable development cycles.
- System Optimization: Drive performance optimization initiatives to reduce latency and increase throughput in distributed computing environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
