Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will design robust AI systems capable of operating in edge environments and cloud ecosystems. You will mentor a team of elite engineers and collaborate with data scientists to translate abstract concepts into deployable code.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure tailored for future hardware capabilities (2026+ standards).
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to integrate quantum computing concepts into classical machine learning pipelines.
- System Optimization: Drive performance optimization for large-scale neural networks and data processing systems.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-impact features.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and system architecture across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with quantum simulation libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
