Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate technical vision into production-ready software.
- Optimize model inference for high-performance edge devices and cloud environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and AI ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems at scale.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
