Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models and neural networks.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Optimize large-scale machine learning systems for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate abstract concepts into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms, including Autonomous Agents and Predictive Analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI applications handling high concurrency.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
