We are FutureScale AI, a next-generation technology firm pioneering the infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our research and deployment of autonomous agents and generative models.
In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap for our flagship product, ensuring our systems are not just scalable, but future-proof against the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, distributed systems, and edge computing.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning pipelines for large-scale language models and vision systems.
- Define the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex research into commercially viable features.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in MLOps, data engineering, and model versioning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy.
