Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models and generative AI architectures.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research by implementing state-of-the-art (SOTA) techniques from recent papers.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex engineering challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
