Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure model reliability and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in MLOps and data engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP and Large Language Models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, CUDA, and GPU optimization.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
