Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art generative AI models using transformer architectures and deep learning frameworks.
- System Optimization: Implement advanced optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to ensure high-performance inference at scale.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure to automate the model lifecycle from training to deployment.
- Data Strategy: Lead initiatives in synthetic data generation and high-quality data curation to enhance model robustness and reduce bias.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into consumer applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a strong grasp of distributed computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, specifically with NLP and generative models.
- Engineering: Strong background in software engineering principles, including clean code, unit testing, and system architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
