Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of advanced machine learning models for Project 2026.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for machine learning development.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research and integrate novel techniques into our pipeline.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences or shipping high-impact AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
