Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI agents that will define the user experience of 2026.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Identify emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing to drive the company's long-term technology roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- System Optimization: Ensure high availability, security, and performance of our core infrastructure using modern cloud-native architectures.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
