Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and machine learning strategy for the 2026 roadmap and beyond.
- Architect scalable, secure, and efficient deep learning systems for next-gen applications.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum-ML hybrid models.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
