Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype Seamless Neural Interfaces that blend AR, VR, and physical environments.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI Models into core user workflows for real-time personalization.
- Define the UX/UI standards for autonomous agent collaboration and synthetic workforce management.
- Conduct user research in Extended Reality (XR) spaces to validate intuitive interactions.
- Establish ethical guidelines and accessibility standards for AI-driven decision interfaces.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize Synthetic Data pipelines for training next-gen agents.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Cognitive Science.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence integration, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in Web3 technologies and Metaverse development frameworks.
- Strong command of Python and prototyping tools (Figma, Blender, or equivalent).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth, futuristic tech environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex, futuristic system design concepts.
