Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Lead high-impact research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into core business applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a strong grasp of deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments (MLOps experience is a plus).
