Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale neural networks for generative tasks.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research) to define AI product requirements.
- Research and implement novel architectures to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical guidelines are adhered to in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs.
- Experience deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
