Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing fault-tolerant quantum computing frameworks
- Develop protocols for quantum-safe encryption and post-quantum cryptography
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving in logistics, AI, and materials science
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen quantum processors and cooling systems
- Establish quantum security standards for critical infrastructure protection
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in systems architecture with quantum computing certification
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
