Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Lead research and development efforts for advanced NLP and Computer Vision models targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural best practices.
- Establish and enforce ML governance, data privacy, and security standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to high-traffic environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
