Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for AI-native applications targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into real-time, high-availability systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design quantum-ready data pipelines and infrastructures.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and scalability.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (AGI, Quantum) to drive product strategy.
- Ensure system security, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
