Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance AI/ML pipelines and quantum computing frameworks.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for data engineering and model deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI standards are maintained across all projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database management.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
