- Ensure system security, resilience, and high availability for mission-critical data analytics platforms.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and drive best practices in software engineering and design patterns.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical future tech concepts and viable production implementations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and futuristic UI/UX paradigms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
