The Role:
You will lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to design scalable, resilient AI systems capable of operating in decentralized environments. You will define the standards for ethical AI alignment and computational efficiency that will guide the industry for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI models and infrastructure for the 2026 deployment roadmap.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithmic efficiency and data throughput.
- Define and implement best practices for ethical AI alignment and bias mitigation in large language models.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and simulation of AI systems to ensure stability under high-load scenarios.
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience deploying models to production environments (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, cryptography, or edge computing architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on system scalability and security.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
