Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI architectures for 2026 and future applications.
- Design and implement novel algorithms for large-scale neural network training and optimization.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Publish cutting-edge research papers and secure patents for novel AI methodologies.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates in advanced machine learning techniques.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and assess their applicability to our core products.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and deep learning research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
