Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and data scientists to integrate quantum algorithms into classical neural networks.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for edge devices and massive cloud infrastructures using C++ and CUDA.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the R&D department.
- Publish cutting-edge research findings in top-tier conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders and product management teams.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq is highly preferred.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and think critically under pressure.
