Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives focused on developing scalable and robust machine learning algorithms for enterprise applications.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures, with a specific focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) to establish thought leadership in the AI community.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency on large-scale distributed systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the AI field and integrate emerging technologies into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied research or software engineering roles, with a strong background in deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues or shipping production-level AI models.
- Strong understanding of mathematical foundations, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines is highly preferred.
