Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 SEO Roadmap: Develop and execute a long-term organic growth strategy that aligns with upcoming algorithmic shifts and AI integration trends.
- AI-Driven Content Strategy: Lead the integration of generative AI tools to enhance content production while maintaining strict E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards.
- Semantic Search Optimization: Design schema structures and technical implementations that optimize for entity recognition and semantic relevance over traditional keyword matching.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Audit and overhaul site architecture to ensure crawlability, indexability, and speed optimization for next-gen search engines.
- Data Analytics & Forecasting: Utilize advanced analytics and predictive modeling to forecast search trends and measure ROI on organic initiatives.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of SEO specialists and data analysts in adopting new AI-driven methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in Technical SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- AI Proficiency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), ChatGPT, and how they impact search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Technical Skills: Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and server-side rendering (SSR) / Static Site Generation (SSG).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about how AI will reshape the digital ecosystem by 2026 and beyond.
- Analytics: Expert level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
