Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI architectures that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Roadmap Development: Create long-term technical roadmaps for machine learning infrastructure and model deployment.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, neural networks) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
