Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026-2030 technology vision, focusing on Agentic AI, Multimodal Learning, and Quantum integration.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to prototype next-generation neural architectures.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global AI advancements, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to mitigate risk and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and open-source communities driving the AI frontier.
- Product Vision: Collaborate with product management to ensure our roadmap delivers tangible value aligned with market needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a strategic role within the tech industry, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to lead high-level initiatives from concept to execution in a rapidly changing environment.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills; experience presenting to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining new paradigms.
