In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and high-performance production engineering. You will work closely with our CTO and product teams to ensure our roadmap for 2026 delivers transformative solutions that are secure, scalable, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructures specifically designed for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the technical team.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define feature specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding 2026 AI advancements and quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI systems architecture or a similar technical leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Experience leading technical roadmaps and cross-functional projects.
