Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure data integrity.
- Create interactive, high-impact dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to identify data gaps and propose solutions.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses.
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
