Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable training pipelines for large-scale foundation models.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory efficiency for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure model accuracy, safety, and alignment.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
