Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures for future-forward applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning models, LLM integration, and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
