Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Curate emerging technology ecosystems through strategic partnerships and venture scouting
- Translate foresight research into actionable product roadmaps with measurable ROI targets
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical adoption of exponential technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to global stakeholders at industry summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in global markets
- Published thought leadership on technology societal impact (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
