Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error mitigation techniques to enhance quantum coherence times
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims using proprietary hardware
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent portfolio development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU acceleration)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in at least one classical programming language (Python/C++/Rust)
