Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic priorities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present findings to executive leadership and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of future-focused methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in innovation or technology strategy
- Experience leading global teams and managing cross-functional projects
