- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market disruptions
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech validation
- Design and maintain Horizon's proprietary futures intelligence platform using AI/ML analytics
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic methodologies and future literacy practices
- Represent the company at global industry forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
