Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate strategy framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead research initiatives on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Oversee the Future Intelligence Unit's deliverables and methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal futurist capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural contexts
