Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact strategic reports for C-suite stakeholders, with data-driven trend analysis and risk assessments
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of innovation by embedding future-thinking principles into organizational DNA
- Present visionary insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation initiatives
