Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish innovation labs for prototyping 2026-viable technologies
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ major implementations)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at top-tier innovation forums
- Proficient in scenario planning tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in enterprise environments
