Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech) with 5-10 year impact potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify strategic opportunities and integration pathways
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends and market disruption
- Oversee scenario planning exercises for technological black swan events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
