- Drive organizational culture change to embrace adaptive future-planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their market implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
