Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech adoption timelines
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and industry pioneers for R&D collaboration
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech deployment
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Represent the company at global technology conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
