Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Conduct primary research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D cycles
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, systems thinking, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) required
