Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting post-2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future trends
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026+ solutions
- Build and maintain global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate futurism, innovation strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
