As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll leverage data-driven trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging technology forecasting to shape organizational priorities. You'll partner with C-suite executives to translate future possibilities into competitive advantages while fostering a culture of adaptive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops across global business units
- Author high-impact thought leadership content and industry white papers
- Build and manage a network of external futurists, academics, and innovation partners
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership in futures research
